Job Description:

1. To work under the direct supervision of the Vice-Chancellor & to carry out duties as Head of the Establishment, Admission, Council etc. wings of the University.
2. To act as the Member Secretary to the Syndicate and Academic Council and to prepare working papers and to write minutes/proceedings of the meetings.

Job Description: 

1. To help the Registrar in carrying out his duties.

2. To act as in-charge of Establishment and Admission under the guidance and direct supervision of the Registrar.

3. To support policy making bodies, such as BoT, Syndicate, Academic Council and other Management Committee and Sub-committees within the university management systems.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement long-term financial strategies aligned with the university’s vision and goals.
2. Prepare annual budgets in collaboration with various departments. Monitor, control and report on the university’s budget and financial performance. Ensure effective utilization of resources within allocated budgets.
3. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the Board of Trustees, Vice Chancellor, and regulatory bodies (e.g., UGC). Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local laws.
4. Coordinate internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT, and statutory regulations. Maintain transparency and accountability in all financial operations.
5. Oversee tuition fee collection, grants, and other income sources. Manage investments, endowments, and ensure efficient cash flow management.
6. Identify financial risks and implement measures to mitigate them. Monitor and control operational costs without compromising educational quality.
7. Develop, Implement, and regularly review financial policies and procedures to ensure best practices.
8. Act as a key liaison with banks, financial institutions, tax authorities and government bodies. Support the Vice-Chancellor and management with financial insights for decision-making.
9. Lead and develop the finance team to ensure efficiency, integrity, and high performance. Provide training and capacity-building opportunities to enhance team skills.
10. Participate in strategic planning, infrastructure development and resource mobilization initiatives.
